Cancellation & Refund Policy

Request for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at conferences@vamaevents.com
- Refund will be processed as per agreed policy of Organising
committee of each conference.
- 25% Amount will be deductible from registration amount plus
processing fees of bank or payment gateway.
- No refund will be made for the requests made prior to the 45
days of actual conference date.
- Registration is not transferable.
- Refunds will be made post conference.
- Please note that the cancellation policy varies from
conference to conference, hence you are requested to check each conference website.
